1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit a website. They serve to "remember" your actions and preferences over time, as well as providing anonymous information to website owners for performance and security improvements.
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies for four main purposes:
- Security and Authentication: To identify you when logging into the client area and protect your data against unauthorized access.
- Technical Functioning: To ensure the website loads correctly and features like forms work properly.
- Performance Analytics: To understand how visitors interact with our website for continuous improvement.
- Relevant Marketing: To measure campaign effectiveness and display content aligned with your professional profile.

OpenAI advertising measurement
Only after you accept Advertising and Marketing, the OpenAI Pixel may automatically detect names, email addresses and phone numbers in forms and other recognizable page sources. It normalizes and hashes these values with SHA-256 in your browser and may send the hashes to OpenAI for conversion matching and attribution for Loki ads. We do not put these contact fields in plain text in our conversion event. Hashing does not make this data anonymous.
Measurement also uses click/browser references, time, event and a random lead ID. The SDK may include the origin and path of the page and referrer, without query strings or fragments. Connections to OpenAI servers expose network metadata such as IP address and browser information. Automatic collection is an SDK capability and does not require us to manually provide contact fields. Vendor documentation also describes other supported fields, including location when available from recognizable sources; we do not manually send these fields.
You can refuse marketing and still use the contact form, or withdraw consent through cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes Pixel reference cookies; it does not undo earlier transmissions. First-party cookies __oppref and __obref request lifetimes of 30 and 365 days respectively, which are separate from OpenAI data retention.
